Segunda.ai is being formed as a multi-product software company for the agent era.

The company will build focused software products under one operating company, starting with tools for product execution, engineering workflows, and AI-assisted teams. Our belief is that the next generation of software companies will not only add AI to their products — they will rebuild the way products are made.

Segunda.ai is led by Maksym Petruk and Andrii Kovalchuk, founders with experience building software teams, shipping complex products, and operating through a full company lifecycle.

The company’s first product direction is focused on the systems modern teams need when humans and AI agents work together: real-time context, product memory, delivery visibility, and workflows designed for faster execution without losing quality.
